How do I empower you to change your life for the better?
I do three things to empower you to change your life for the better: teach you the Lightning Process®, help you Build Your Future with the Lightning Process and/or coach you one-to-one.
I teach Phil Parker's Lightning Process®, which is a brilliant ongoing tool for self-management. It takes 3 days, and I challenge you to find a single more valuable process anywhere! If you are doing well in your life, but know you can do even better, this is for you. Once you learn the Lightning Process® and used it to move on in your life successfully, you may want to discover more applications for it so you can use it to improve your health, your career, your sports performance, your concentration, your time of life....that is the time to take the Building Your Future Seminar. This engaging and inspiring seminar reconnects you to the Lightning Process toolset. When you attend all three sessions, spaced about a month apart, you gain valuable insights and feedback so as to make a major difference to how you are living your life. Even as an Advanced Lightning Process® Practitioner, I learnt from this seminar. Do yourself a favour and book yourself in! You deserve it.
I also give one-to-one sessions to enable you to make specific changes you might need to prepare for something demanding like a driving test or exam and want to be confident, competent and responsive instead of anxious or you may want to stop smoking/other addictive behaviours and yet still enjoy life. I use a range of specifically tailored hypnotherapy, neurolinguistic programming and coaching techniques, including Emotional Freedom Technique.
