Personal history:
After school in Ireland, university in England and USA and some teaching in Switzerland, I took up a successful business career. I managed multinational corporate change in UK, US, Europe and elsewhere for over 20 years. I married my massage therapist husband and we had four children between 1987 and 1997. When I started collapsing with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome/ME in 2003, our life changed dramatically. Fortunately, in 2006 we came across these powerful new techniques which enabled me to enjoy the health and happiness I experience now. The change has been fast, complete and replicable. Remarkably, these techniques apply not only to regaining health, but also to powering greater performance and happiness, so they are relevant to most if not all of us.
Qualifications:
I am exceptionally impressed with these techniques. They build solidly on all I already know about management and personal development. I have therefore spent over 18 months completing a Diploma in Neurolinguistic Programming, Clinical Hypnotherapy and Life Coaching at osteopath Phil Parker's Training Institute in London. The courses included extensive clinical work with both adults and children. In 2008, I qualified as a Lightning Process trainer. In 2009, I completed the Master's Diploma in Neurolinguistic Programming, Clinical Hypnotherapy and Life Coaching. This included a special study on old age and how to make the most of this important stage of life. Early in 2010, I attained the Lightning Process Advanced Practicioner qualification.
